No returns will be accepted after 21 days. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. No returns on electrical parts or special order parts. Service manuals or books cannot be returned. parts must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

Ground shipping is free on orders over $50.00 and will take approximately 4-7 business days to the 48 Continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii can not be shipped by this method.

Overnight and 2nd day orders are shipped DHL only. DHL reserves the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded for this reason. Orders must be recieved by 4pm EST.

Alaska and Hawaii are shipped using US Express Mail or DHL. Normal delivery time to be expected is 4 to 7 business days from the date of your order. You will be charged separately after the weight and amount are calculated. Please allow for additional charges for special handling and packaging. We charge a 12.95 handling fee on all Alaska and Hawaii orders.

All performance products ordered from the "performance catalog" are shipped ground only.
